Although it is level 2 or lower, there are 3 places, especially from the Deck, where you can Special Summon at no cost. As is often the case with cards of this kind, the dilemma of wanting to increase the number of Link Markers and increasing the number of deployments and the need for a large number of deployments to produce high links is painful.
There are no restrictions or disadvantages other than the level of the deployment destination, but the activation conditions are heavy enough to make the return subtle.

It's a relatively good adjustment, but I think it's a pretty powerful effect. I would like to use it as a set with 《Traffic Ghost》.
However, the good thing about level 2 and below is that there are a lot of Flip Monsters, so there are relatively few that can be used in the category. Maybe [Gael Valle] or [Ojama] or [Nimble].
I think it would have been dangerous if it was level 3 or lower.

He can Special Summon without even negating the effects of level 2 or lower monsters from his hand, his Deck, and GY, but it's a trap and limited to main 2.
He can't use it immediately after drawing it, so he needs to keep Link Monster and this card until the main 2 to use it on the opponent's turn.
A typical card that is strong if you decide, but you can't decide.

Beware of pake death... Eh, is it old now? ?
A trap card that allows you to Special Summon monsters of level 2 or lower to the Link Monster's link destination in Main Phase 2 from a very wide range.
Special Summon has an extremely wide range, and as long as you have a Link Monster, the situation doesn't matter. In particular, he can draw out level 2 or lower monsters sleeping in the deck, so it can be said that his performance as a deployment card is high.
However, it's difficult to activate it during Main Phase 2. Since it's a Trap, if it's the fastest opponent's main phase 2, his Link Monster for deployment needs to survive. Regardless of a card as strong as Borreload, Link Monster's resistances and abilities are generally suppressed...
Is this a class of card that is strong once it's decided, but it's hard to imagine where it's decided?

Since it's Main Phase 2, you can't use its effect during battle, and if it's destroyed during the Battle Phase, it's a bad timing Trap card...it only has one or two links, so it's not very useful. It seems unlikely.

You can deploy a large number of Level 2 or lower monsters from your hand, Deck, and GY, but it can only be sent to Link Monster's link destination, and the activation is limited to your own and your opponent's main 2, which is quite difficult to use. In particular, being unable to evade the opponent's main 1 removal is fatal. This card, of course, can no longer be activated even if the Link Monster is removed.
